Returns Process

If you wish to return your order you should proceed as follows:-

  1. Read the section below on unwanted/unsuitable goods
  2. Email our sales office quoting your order number and detail advising us of your intention to return the order.
  3. Our sales office will reply by email with a returns number or contact you by phone to clarify any further details required.
  4. Complete the returns form and insert the returns number
  5. Send your order back and enclose the returns form

We do not provide a free returns service. The return of items is at your own cost.

Berties Direct Limited are not responsible for the safe return of goods. It is strongly recommended that you use a recorded method of carriage to return goods as we cannot be held responsible for items delayed or lost in the post.

Refunds applicable will be credited against the card used for the original order.

Return of Unwanted or Unsuitable Items

The following items cannot be returned purely because they are unwanted/unsuitable:-

  1. Perishable items or items that are sealed
  2. Items that have been used
  3. Items that are soiled
  4. Items that have an odour eg. Smoke
  5. Items damaged as a result of misuse
  6. Items not in original packaging with original labelling

Damaged or Faulty Goods

For damaged or faulty goods, please email our sales team within 24hours of receiving delivery. A member of our sales team will contact you and advise you how to proceed.
